Welcome to Total Dental

We are highly experienced in implants, restorative dentistry, teeth whitening and orthodontics and much more.

Due to advice from the Chief Dental Officer and the British Dental Association, we have to restrict our normal dental services.

We are  Open , Safe and Treating patients and providing Virtual Consulations from our virtual waiting rooms.

At Total Dental we take the safety of our patients and our staff very seriously. We have followed a slow and risk assessed phased return to seeing patients for face to face consultations.   All our practices have been “open” since 8th June 2020 but we have been working and supporting patients from behind closed doors and strictly by appointment only. Satisfied Customers

"Until I had this work done, I would hold my hand to my mouth every time I smiled – I was so self-conscious about my teeth. And in my line of business, that isn't a good thing. The treatment I received wasn't painful and I was amazed by the results. It is 100% better – the colour is a perfect match, my teeth are a better shape and even the shape of my mouth looks better.

Best of all, people at work have noticed and, although I didn't go into this for comsmetic reasons and I had to have the work done anyway, it has really improved my 'look'. I feel so much more confident now."

Dear patient,

Following the announcement by the government on the 28th May, we are incredibly pleased and excited to announce that we will be re-opening Total Dental Care Dental from Monday 8th June 2020!
We have had to cancel numerous appointments since the lockdown began 2 months ago and will initially be prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have had dental emergencies or appointments cancelled, in order of urgency. Please do not attend the clinic unless you have an appointment.
At Total Dental Care the most important thing is patient safety and comfort, and that is why we have spent the time of closure upgrading the clinic and introducing the following measures to keep our patients and staff SAFER than ever.  The clinic as you are aware was always a very clean and safe environment. However, We have extra sanitisers to hand, upgraded our PPE and redesigned the patient journey in line with social distancing.

We will be conducting pre-screening tests of patients which is likely to include taking your temperature on arrival.
We will be booking your appointments to ensure that the Practice and waiting areas are not overcrowded. We will do this by leaving suitable gaps between appointments, making sure that you can attend the practice while maintaining a suitable distance from one another in accordance with government guidelines.
We will also be creating clinics for patients who are most vulnerable, to help minimize contact with others for this group whilst they are at the practice.

To further avoid overcrowding when you arrive at the practice, we ask that you wait in your car or in a safe place outside of the practice until called in. We will notify you via your phone when you should enter the practice.
You will be required to fill in all relevant forms on your electronic device before you enter the practice from the comfort of your home. This means that you will not have to touch a pen, paper, or any electronic device other than your own when you attend your appointment. We will ask that you pay using a contactless card or over the phone. This crucial step greatly reduces touch points at the practice.
Between all appointments as always, the dental team will thoroughly disinfect the dental surgery, reducing the risk of exposure to anything harmful while you are in our dental chair.
We thank you all for your patience during this difficult time and look forward to seeing you again soon.

We will be in touch as soon as we ready to see you,
Kind regards,
Dr. J. Hindocha and all the team at Total Dental Care
